All activities at Dubose Conference Center, Monteagle, Tennessee  (located about an hour northwest of Chattanooga just off Interstate 24)

7:00 – 9:00: Opening General Meeting/Keynote Speaker

Friday, 5/21………….8:00 – Breakfast
9:00 -  Hikes
3:00 - 4:50 - Workshops
5:00 – Social Hour
6:00 – Dinner
7:00 – Program/Workshops/Entertainment

Saturday, 5/22…….     8:00 – Breakfast
9:00 – 11:50 – Workshops (or all-day hike)
12:00 – 1:00 – Lunch
1:00 – 5:00 – Workshops
6:00 – Dinner/Cookout/Entertainment

Sunday, 5/23……..      8:00 – Breakfast
9:00 – Workshops
10:00 – Closing General Meeting/Elections
11:30 – hikes!  

For possible activities for those not interested in workshops or hiking, there will be a list published in the near future.  Some workshops and some hikes will be repeated.

 

Wireless internet access is available in the lobby.  Registration will take place in the lobby, and your meal tickets and keys may be picked up there.  Parking is available in front of the main building as well as around to the back near the group cabins (bunkhouses)
All accommodations and meals are on the campus of Dubose Conference Center in Monteagle, TN. Use the descriptions, please mark boxes for preferences, then total your expenses, sending a check to SEFTC to Registrar SEFTC, Darcy Douglas, 5375 Roswell Rd Unit D3, Atlanta, GA, 30342

Meal prices include tax and gratuities.  Breakfast at 8:00 - $8.75, Lunch at 12:00 (on site or boxed for a hike) - $10.95, Dinner at 6:00 - $17.50 – (please add V for vegetarian or VG for vegan)

Lodging options and per night costs with all taxes included:
***32 motel style rooms with private bath, individual h/ac – Single occupancy - $59.50 per person, Double occupancy - $41.15 per person (Bishop’s Hall) (specify one Queen bed or two Doubles)
***43 individual rooms with one or two single beds on the second and third floors with a bathroom in the hall of each wing – Single Occupancy $43.50 per night, double occupancy $29.75 per person  (Claiborne Hall) (specify One bed or Two)
***2 group cabins, each accommodating 24 persons with bunk style beds, 12 persons on each side  (14 person minimum) - $23.00 per person
*** camping on the premises, may use bunkhouse restrooms, limit 40 tents - $6.60 per night
