A Note from Jason
Originally, Ryan and I created this monthly event to fulfill some of our monthly volunteer engagement quota, as well as to give the BMT some attention in sections that are not yet adopted. Our goal is to improve section 18 to National Scenic Trail standards in anticipation of the feasibility study.
We reached out to the BMT looking for some assistance in finding folks to help, because of the wonderful & enthusiastic volunteers that they are known to have.
Since this technically is a SAWS volunteer event that we are hosting, we need all volunteers to sign up using our official SAWS online form (use the Sign Up Here link above). This also will help us track who is coming with ease, and we use these hours to fulfill the volunteer requirements written into our agreement with the USFS.
